Lawyer, registered to the Milan Bar since 1992. Admitted to the Supreme Court

STUDIES

Law Degree at the State University of Milan (1989). Subject of the dissertation: bankruptcy of the publisher.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

In more than 30 years of professional experience, Gianluca has developed an extensive experience in the music business, combined with a genuine interest for all humanistic aspects of culture and creativity.

In 2021 he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors of the collective management organization of phonographic producers SCF S.r.l..

In June 2022 he joined as Of Counsel the newly established Copyright section of Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, an historical Milanese firm specialized in Intellectual Property, while as of January 2024, he brings his experience to the service of the new Department of Industrial and Intellectual Property of the Law Firm Lexsential.

He regularly participates as speaker to events of continuing education in his subject matters of interest, among which the Master in Performing Arts Management at the Fondazione Accademia Teatro alla Scala (teaching entirely in English).

He mainly deals with intellectual property, applied to music publishing and to the phonographic industry, also with reference to the very current topics of artificial intelligence, and commercial and corporate law, for the continuing counseling and assistance rendered to its corporate clients, national and multinational.
